1. Lead assigned in Broker Buddy
A verified General Life lead is matched to your account under your state, volume and delivery-day preferences.
GoHighLevel integration
If your team already works out of GoHighLevel, Broker Buddy can deliver each assigned lead into your GHL location as a contact and an opportunity — in the pipeline and stage you choose — so there is one pipeline instead of two.
A verified General Life lead is matched to your account under your state, volume and delivery-day preferences.
The consumer becomes a contact in your GoHighLevel location. An existing contact matching the phone number is updated rather than duplicated.
An opportunity is created for that contact so the lead enters your sales process, not just your contact list.
The opportunity lands in the pipeline and stage you selected when configuring the connection.
The connection is configured at the account level from your Broker Buddy Tracker: authorize your GoHighLevel location, choose the pipeline the opportunity should be created in, and choose the stage new leads should start at. Once saved, delivery applies to every lead assigned to that account.
If your team is not on GoHighLevel, no setup is needed — leads work in the Tracker by default.
Consumer name, verified phone number, state, and the qualification fields captured in the General Life questionnaire, plus the Broker Buddy lead reference.
Call notes, follow-ups, appointments and lead status you record inside GoHighLevel are not written back to the Broker Buddy Tracker. Delivery is one-way, Broker Buddy to GHL.
Delivery is attempted at assignment. If GoHighLevel is unreachable, the attempt is retried; the lead always remains available in your Broker Buddy Tracker regardless of GHL status.
Yes. GoHighLevel is the currently supported CRM integration. Assigned leads can create or update a contact and create an opportunity in the pipeline and stage you configure.
Your leads always land in the Tracker. The GHL integration is an additional delivery destination, not a replacement, so nothing is lost if the connection is disabled later.
An existing contact matching the phone number is updated instead of duplicated.
Yes. The connection, pipeline and stage are configured at the account level, so an agency sets it once for its location.
