Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Broker Buddy website, lead orders, and Broker Buddy CRM.
Use of the platform
Broker Buddy provides General Life insurance leads and a CRM to licensed insurance agents. You are responsible for maintaining valid licensing and appointments in every state where you receive and work leads.
Lead orders and delivery
Orders are fulfilled based on your selected states, delivery preferences, remaining balance, and eligibility. Delivery volume figures shown during ordering are approximate targets, not guaranteed quantities. Delivery can begin in as little as 1 hour after onboarding is complete.
Exclusivity
Leads delivered through Broker Buddy are delivered exclusively to one agent and are not resold, aged, or recycled by Broker Buddy.
Verification
Consumers must complete a 6-digit SMS one-time-passcode verification of the phone number they provide before their submission can be completed and become eligible for delivery.
Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when contacting prospects, including telemarketing, recording, and advertising rules, and with carrier suitability requirements for any product discussed.
Billing and refills
Lead orders are prepaid against a lead balance. Refills top up your balance and continue delivery under your existing delivery settings.
Changes
Broker Buddy may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
